1. Do I need to have an account to shop with you?

Answer: You can order without having to register with us, however, if you set up an account you won’t have to enter your personal info each time you shop here.

2. How do I place my order?

Answer: Choose the product(s) you would like to order by selecting the desired size and clicking 'Add to Cart'. When you have finished adding items to your bag, proceed to the checkout and use one of the relevant checkout options.

3. What payment methods can I use?

4. What shipping methods are accessible to us?

We use DHL direct from company and Royal Mail for shipping within United Kingdom/Europe

5. How long will it take to receive my order?

Answer: We ship orders on Mondays - Saturdays, during office hours only, and we don't operate on public holidays. We always aim to post your order as quickly as possible (usually 3-5 working days and you’ll have your parcel.) but there might be some delays – especially after releases! Your patience is appreciated.

6. Will I receive an email every time I place an order with you?

Answer: After confirmation of the order from the website, you will receive an email with order number and detail.

7. I have received an incorrect item in my order, what do I do?

Answer: We aim to get your order right every time and rarely make mistakes. If such an occurrence takes place then send it back to us and we will make sure to supply your original order right plus refund the shipping cost and look up the root cause of issue.

8. What happens if an item is missing from my order?

Answer: If an item is missing then get in contact with our Customer Services Team at email: info@thevintagebarbers.com or call us at 0300 618 9686. We will then investigate which may take us a few days and if necessary, arrange for the item to be sent again. We recommend that you reorder the item as soon as possible to avoid disappointment as out stock does sell quickly.

9. Can I cancel my order?

Answer: When orders are placed on our website they are processed and dispatched very quickly. Unfortunately, once the order has been confirmed we are unable to amend or cancel this and it will be sent out to you. You will need to return the order in full for an exchange.

10. My order hasn’t arrived on specified time what do I do?

Answer: If you experience a delay with your delivery and the specified time frame suggested has expired then please contact the Customer Service department via our online contact form, we will then begin an investigation to locate your order and provide tracking if available. Please allow 7 working days for these investigations to be completed.
